Your privacy is important to us. To protect your privacy, the Metro Theater Company provides this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Metro's website, as well as data we maintain in Metro's information systems.

The Information We Collect

When you make an online donation, Metro collects the following information: Name, Address, E-mail Address, Phone Number, Credit/Debit Card Information. This information is not collected automatically or without your consent. You must submit this information.

How We Use Information

Metro publishes a list of its donors by name. Other than your name information, we use the information you provide about yourself only for the donation that you submit. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order, such as processing a credit card payment. We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail received, or to send confirmations of online donations. You also can register on our web site if you would like to be included on our free e-mail list for special information and offers.

Metro never will sell any of your other personally identifiable information to anyone.

Our Commitment to Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How to Opt Out

At any time, you may request not to receive any e-mail, mail or solicitation calls from Metro. We retain your request so that it will be respected in the future. You may opt out of Metro's e-mail list simply by informing us by e-mail, by phone, in writing or in person. You still will receive mail or calls directly related to any online donation regardless of your preferences.

Additionally, you may contact us at any time to request that your name not be publicly listed as a donor to Metro Theater Company
